We are pleased to announce that we were recently appointed by a garage equipment supplier to install a range of garage equipment for a workshop in London known as SASA Auto Repairs.

DB Commercial previously had a VAMAG Brake Tester installed, but wasn’t happy with the quality of the equipment. As a result, they invested in a new BM Brake Tester from V-Tech. Our engineers were appointed as a sub-contractor to carry out the installation.

The main company Diamond Bus North West decided to invest in a brake testing unit for their premises in Preston to carry out brake tests internally on their commercial fleet. This is a great example of a BM 4010 inground brake tester installation for GS Autoöt. Our engineers installed a brand new MOT bay and a BM 4010 inground brake tester. GS Autoöt specialises in automative solutions from servicing, MOT, tyres and exhausts, diagnostics and repairs. They were looking to upgrade all their equipment to the latest technology and trusted our professionals for a complete installation and thorough on-site training.
Here we see a professional install of the BM 20200 mobile commercial brake tester for the Omega Travel Group. The BM 20200 comes with full TUV and GEA approval for ATL and ATF bays and with an inside clearance of up to 4m, and a maximum axle testing weight of 20 tons. It is an ideal option for commercial workshops or mobile testers alike.

A commercial BM20200 Roller Brake Tester was shipped from Denmark. Without the need for any civil work, this was a relatively straight-forward job. Once we unpacked the feet and the wheels are set up, and the runners are set into place.
